The Finchley OGI team are holding a lunch Sunday 29 th April at 1pm in St. Michael’s Grammar School, London N12 7NJ to help raise money for both the Finchley OGI team and the Alzheimer’s Society. Check out posterfor tickets.

Saturday 28th. October 2017, Saturday 28th October sees the second annual Rob Delogu fundraising quiz night being held in the Sala Padre Russo at St. Peter’s Italian Club. Doors open at 19.30, quiz starting at 20.00. Ticket prices are £10 per person (including food) and there is a maximum of 8 people per team. This year with the profits being divided between St. Peter’s OGI and Winston’s Wish charity for bereaved children.

Saturday 7th. October 2017, the Southgate committee will be holding their fundraising Dinner & Dance at The Bishop Douglas School in Finchley.

Monday 9th. October 2017, OGIC Golf Day: Hadley Wood Golf Club
The format of the day will be:
11.30am Registration with coffee and a bacon roll
1.00pm Shotgun start
7.00pm Presentation dinner with prize giving, raffle and auction

Saturday 14th. October 2017, at St. Michael’s Grammar School, the Club Sociale Italiano di Finchley will be holding their most exciting event to date, with their Bollywood adventure. Doors open at 18.30 and tickets for adults and children over 12 are £25 per head, with all profits being divided between two good causes, namely The North London Hospice and Finchley’s OGI team.

Sunday 16th July 2017: The traditional procession in honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel will have the participation of Cardinal Vincent Nichols. OGI teams will also be walking in the procession behind their team shields. The Sagra which follows, will have the usual association stalls selling a wide variety of food or merchandise, all helping to raise money for the Italian church. OGI will also be there with its own stand, so why not come down to visit us.
Wednesday 26th July 2017: The anniversary of the sad passing of Vic, our first President, co founder and lifelong supporter of OGI. A much loved man who is greatly missed, Vic Heissl, your spirit lives on.
Sunday 2nd July 2017: The Club Sociale Italiano di Finchley will be holding their annual BBQ and scampagnata at The Villa Scalabrini on. The doors open at 12.00 with food being served at 13.30. There will also be a licensed bar, a raffle and it’s a knockout games taking place, so it promises to be a fun Sunday afternoon with good food. Tickets need to be pre ordered and cost £12.50 with under 5’s going free. For further information, please refer to the attached poster.

Sunday 11th June 2017: St. Peter’s OGI fundraising sponsored bridge walk, anyone who wishes to participate needs to be at St. Peter’s by 10am for registration, with the walk starting at 10.30. So if you take part you will be killing three birds with one stone; you will be helping to raise money, you will get to see our wonderful city and you will be getting fit. Friday 12th May 2017, AS Londra Sud's forthcoming fundraising bingo night which is taking place at St. John the Baptist, 48 Dale Road, Purley CR8 2EF at 19.00. Bingo nights are good fun and as you can see from the poster there will be cash prizes and hampers to win and for only £10 you are also served a plate of pasta and dessert.
